HIA Insurance (formerly known as Hammond Insurance Agency, Inc.) was established in Hammond, Indiana in 1931.  In May 2001 HIA Insurance moved to its current location, 222 Indianapolis Blvd. Suite 203, Schererville, IN.   We are pleased to be celebrating over 80 years in business in Northwest Indiana!  We appreciate our customers and the opportunity to serve them!

HIA is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA), the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana (IIAI) and the Independent Insurance Agents of Northwest Indiana.  We are members of the Lake Shore Chamber of Commerce, the Schererville Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana Licensed Beverage Association.
